How CKFS handles enquiry data and uploads

This is a practical privacy overview for the current website build. It should be reviewed before public launch.

Information collected

CKFS may collect name, business name, phone number, email address, site address, service level, fault details, uploaded images, UTM tracking fields, GCLID and communication preferences.

How it is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, triage fan faults, prepare quotes, store job evidence, provide customer support, measure advertising performance and maintain internal lead records.

Uploads

Uploaded fan, motor plate, controller and access photos may be stored with the lead. Customers should avoid uploading unnecessary personal data, staff faces or unrelated documents.

Sharing

Data may be shared with CKFS staff, engineers, email/SMS providers, CRM systems, payment providers, hosting providers and professional advisers where needed. Twilio, Stripe and EspoCRM are currently placeholder integrations until configured.
